Hotel Ciutat Jardi, Palma de Mallorca

My stay at Hotel Ciutat Jardi was good overall; the picturesque surroundings and friendly staff truly enhanced my experience. The beautiful colonial building and well-maintained gardens set a calming atmosphere (I spent a lot of time there!). However, the air conditioning in my room wasn't quite ready for summer, which made things a bit uncomfortable at times.

I had a mixed stay at Hotel Ciutat Jardi. The location by the beach was a real plus, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. However, some areas, like the pool and room maintenance, left a lot to be desired. My room was a bit dim and had issues with the air conditioning leaking, which made it challenging to relax during my stay.
