My stay at Hotel Ciutat Jardi was good overall; the picturesque surroundings and friendly staff truly enhanced my experience. The beautiful colonial building and well-maintained gardens set a calming atmosphere (I spent a lot of time there!). However, the air conditioning in my room wasn't quite ready for summer, which made things a bit uncomfortable at times.

I stayed in two different rooms. Both were incredibly comfortable, especially the one under the dome with a fabulous view over the bay. The beds were so plush with three pillows each, and the furnishings were of high quality, making it hard to leave my room.

The staff was consistently warm and accommodating, which made me feel truly welcomed. They even noticed I was traveling with a toddler and went out of their way to make our stay easier.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach and set in a peaceful residential area. I loved that I could walk to local restaurants and the beach was just steps away. I even took a lovely beachside cycle into Palma one day.
